Description: A fine English Violoncello of quality, the attractive two-piece back of slabwood of medium flame ascending from the joint, ribs of similar wood and figure, scroll of medium curl, table of open medium grain, the craquelled varnish of a red colour, restored cracks back and front, in immediate playing condition. The fingerboard is numbered C 82.
