Titanium cello endpin tip

A customer came in the other day asking for a carbon fiber cello endpin with titanium tip, 'the one that never has to be sharpened'. He did not know the brand name.

Any suggestions?

Cello aluminum ring - wanted

Is there any source for aluminum cello rings (for installing BB etc...) in the USA, or would anyone on this board be willing to make and sell them?

I am no good with metal working, so not really planning to make one.

Any help will be appreciated. Christian
