IVC, at least a few years ago, claimed all their wood was seasoned enough to use right away.

Their wood looks reasonably seasoned to me too. I bought some last year, I didn't see any reason to think it wasn't usable, but then again I like to have wood in my shop for a few years, that way I know for sure.
I think the violin I'm working on now is going to be the best yet!
