What's so special about this violin case?

What's special about it?

It was owned by Jascha Heifetz and bears his embossed initials :)

It used to have the Dolphin Strad and the Ex David Del Gesu in it.

It was originally sold by the Heifetz estate in 1989.
Did anyone see whose name was on that certificate?
